APPROACH
A&C partnered with imagineNATIVE to develop a comprehensive sponsorship framework that presented multiple tiers of engagement, allowing brands to support the festival at both high and entry levels. The strategy was designed to attract meaningful support while maintaining imagineNATIVE’s commitment to inclusivity by avoiding exclusive brand partnerships. To ensure a targeted and efficient outreach process, A&C leveraged a prospect list of brands with existing or potential alignment with imagineNATIVE before initiating any brand engagement.
RESULT
After a year of active sponsorship sales, A&C secured seven new partners, with contributions ranging from five to six figures. Along the way, A&C also developed strong interest and generated leads for the 2026 festival.
