APPROACH
We worked closely with Indigenous Fashion Arts to develop a new vision for sponsorship and communications. We created an enhanced digital brand that was fresh, shareable, and positive. To support the creation of long-term, meaningful partnerships, we conducted a thorough assessment of all available opportunities, including existing and future assets that could be used to create compelling sponsorships. We designed high-value partner benefit packages and unique activation concepts, that helped bring new attention to IFA.
RESULT
With the help of its energized and dynamic new social presence, IFA is growing its following on social and building the profile of its artists every month. On the partnerships side, over a 3-month sales period, we were successful in securing a major presenting sponsor, helping bring in 10x the revenue secured in the previous festival year. This revenue allows IFA to expand their offerings and grow the reach of the festival for years to come, and in the process grow the family of sponsor partners supporting and benefiting from their success.
