While undergoing a rebrand, the Ontario Baseball Association (OBA) sought value-aligned brands to sponsor the league, helping expand programming and connect further with grassroots communities. A&C was tasked with maintaining and securing new sponsorships for the 2025 season, following efforts from 2024.

CHALLENGE
APPROACH
A&C strategically reviewed a targeted prospect list to identify ideal brand partners for OBA. A key priority was renewing existing partners, SunRype and BioSteel. In outreach to new sponsors, A&C emphasized the grassroots appeal of OBA, using SunRype and BioSteel’s involvement as proof points to validate the league’s value and reach.
RESULT
Both SunRype and BioSteel chose to renew and deepen their partnerships in 2025, citing strong results from the 2024 season. Simultaneously, A&C pursued additional opportunities and is preparing to onboard a Principal Partner and an Insurance Partner for the 2026 portfolio.
